Have you ever noticed that when you decide to make a change and set a goal to achieve the change that your motivation to change only lasts for a short period?  Do you wonder why you lose the motivation to continue taking action toward the change?  Our goals are directly connected to change and our ability to adopt the change.  We often get stuck in a change cycle and are unable to easily break it.  Being stuck in this cycle results in going back to the previous activity, behavior or thing that we wish to change.  Ultimately, this has a direct impact on no achieving our goals.  Understanding this change cycle will help you to push past the point of following through on the change so that you can finally break free and accomplish the goal.
